Using Stasher to Store Luggage in Lisbon

I find that the best company to use for luggage storage in Lisbon is Stasher. Having used them multiple times over the years, I’ve always had a great experience.

Luggage Storage Lisbon Train Station

The Oriente train station has around 150 left luggage lockers located on the upper level opposite platforms 10-11. The bright orange lockers are easy to spot.

There are three sizes of lockers to choose from:

Small (26 x 35 x 55 cm) – €2 for 24 hours
Medium (26 x 45 x 55 cm) – €3.50 for 24 hours
Large (26 x 55 x 78 cm) – €6 for 24 hours

The prices are very reasonable for storing bags short or long term. Each additional day is 50% the daily rate.

The left luggage lockers are accessible daily from 6 am to 1 am. If storing items longer than a day, be sure to pick up your bags before 1 am when the locker area closes.

In addition to left luggage, the Oriente station offers luggage carts, scales to weigh bags, and porter services for assistance with loading or finding platforms. A baggage wrapping service is also available.

Luggage Storage Lisbon Bus Station

Unfortunately the main bus station in Lisbon has no luggage storage options located on-site.

If you are catching a bus, it is best to walk across the road to the Oriente Train Station where you’ll be able to store your luggage.

Luggage Storage Lisbon Airport

Lisbon’s main airport has a convenient luggage storage facility (Left Luggage) in Terminal 1, located pre-security on the arrivals level. It’s open daily from 6AM to 1AM and charges fees starting around €8 per bag per day depending on size.

You can then jump on the metro back into Lisbon and enjoy the time before your flight.

There are also third party luggage storage options available at the airport such as Stasher and Bounce that store items safely for around €8-10/day. Useful if you have a late departure flight.
